Initiate Your Request
Log into your Guzzini account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original Guzzini packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
